Program Manager, Patient Support Services

Overseeing daily operations within the copay support division, the full-time remote Associate Program Manager, Patient Support Services will manage team performance, ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, and optimize workflows to meet departmental goals. Key responsibilities: Oversee performance and manage workloads within the call center to ensure timely completion of tasks Collaborate with the Program Director and management to achieve departmental goals and optimize workflows Audit team member work for accuracy and provide training and support for continuous development Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum 1 year of management or team lead experience At least 2 years of experience in pharmacy, healthcare, medical billing, or insurance verification Experience with insurance eligibility verification and reimbursement processes Previous supervisory experience with remote staff
