Role Description The Assistant Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Greater Philadelphia, supporting the Store Manager in daily operations and team leadership. This position helps drive sales and profitability by coaching store associates, monitoring performance, and ensuring exceptional customer service on the sales floor. Responsibilities include overseeing visual merchandising standards, managing inventory processes, and supporting retail loss prevention procedures to protect company assets. The Assistant Store Manager also assists with scheduling, training, and performance feedback, while promoting a positive, inclusive work environment aligned with ALDO’s values. This role actively contributes to meeting store goals and enhancing the overall customer experience. Qualifications Customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a commitment to providing an engaging, inclusive shopping experience. Strong interpersonal and Communication skills to effectively lead teams, resolve issues, and interact with customers and colleagues. Store Management experience, including overseeing day-to-day operations, supporting staff development, and helping drive sales results. Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to minimize shrink and maintain a safe, secure store environment. Previous retail or fashion industry experience, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required in a retail environment. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business, retail management, or a related field is an asset. #J-18808-Ljbffr
