What You’ll Do

You’ll be part of the team that protects our reputation for quality. Every garment goes through Production before it returns to the customer.

Your Role Includes:

• Inspect garments for stains, damage, and quality issues

• Verify finishing standards in Inspection

• Fold, file, tag, and sort clothing accurately

• Learn to operate commercial pressing equipment

• Rotate between inspection, folding, filing, and pressing

• Keep your work area clean and organized

• Communicate quickly when something needs attention

This is active, hands-on work in a fast-paced environment. We move with purpose and support each other.

Physical & Work Environment

• On your feet for the full shift

• Lift up to 25 lbs regularly

• Perform repetitive tasks with focus

• Work around commercial equipment

• Comfortable working in heat and humidity during summer months

Production areas can get warm. The right candidate understands that and works through it with a strong mindset.

Schedule

Monday–Friday
5:00 AM – 12:30 PM

No nights.
No Sundays.
Your afternoons are free.

Pay

$16.00–$17.00 per hour
Based on experience and performance.

Reliable attendance is rewarded with bonus opportunities.
