General Labor - 2nd Shift

Job Summary/Purpose The General Laborer supports the production team by performing a variety of tasks involved in the manufacturing of cable trays. This includes material handling, machine operation assistance, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced industrial setting. Key Responsibilities/Duties Perform routine cleaning tasks inside the plan and on outside grounds. Perform general labor tasks including loading, unloading, lifting and moving materials. Operate floor scrubbers and empty scrap and waste cans throughout the facility. Assist with packaging, labeling and preparing products for shipment. Operate hand tools, power tools and material handling equipment safely. Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work area. Support other departments or tasks as needed to meet production goals. Required Qualifications/Experience High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Qualification Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
