Full-Time | Part-Time | Day & Night Shifts Available

$13,000 Sign-On Bonus

Willow Ridge Rehabilitation & Living Center is seeking compassionate and dedicated LPNs and RNs to join our growing clinical team.

Available Shifts

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

• Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available

• Every other weekend required

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans

• Administer medications, treatments, wound care, and nursing assessments

• Monitor resident conditions and promptly communicate changes to physicians and leadership

• Supervise and support Nursing Assistants

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure exceptional resident outcomes

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program

• Active and unrestricted North Carolina LPN or RN license

• Current CPR certification

• Previous long-term care experience preferred

• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
