Bluma’s technology replicates what a growth team would plan, script, produce, and edit, delivering end-to-end content generation at scale. As social media continues to grow rapidly, Bluma helps brands stay ahead by streamlining their marketing strategies with AI-driven automation.Role Description The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Bluma will provide strategic leadership, set the company vision, and drive overall business growth in alignment with the organization’s goals. This full-time, hybrid role is based in North Carolina, United States, with flexibility for some work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading executive decision-making, overseeing operations and administrative functions, managing financial performance, and ensuring effective communication across teams. The CEO will build and nurture relationships with investors, partners, and key customers, while guiding product and market strategy in the fast-evolving AI and social media landscape.
