Senior AVP, HR Strategy & Business Partners
Special Surgery Orthopedics
Hospital for Special Surgery is seeking an Assistant Vice President, HR Business Partners to lead a strategic HRBP function in a hybrid NYC-based role. You will partner with senior leaders to shape people strategies, oversee a team of HRBPs, and collaborate with COEs to deliver a unified employee experience.
The AVP will drive talent management, organizational design, and change management, aligning workforce planning with business goals while enabling leadership development and high performance.
