Associate Director, Technical Product Lead - Digital Foundry

About the Role As a Technical Product Lead, you will be responsible for the end-to-end technical delivery of the product/platform, including engineering, DevOps, and QA. Your role will be critical in ensuring the successful delivery of business capabilities and application performance while adhering to quality standards. You will collaborate with the product team to bring a technical perspective to the product roadmap and facilitate technical delivery estimations for enabling business capabilities. Additionally, you will define, track, and report KPIs to product team stakeholders. You will define and manage the overall technical architecture and infrastructure of the product/platform, ensuring that it is scalable, reliable, and secure. You will lead the engineering, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver high-quality, performant, and maintainable code that meets business requirements and adheres to best practices and coding standards. This role will join the Digital Foundry’s Software Development & Architecture group working with both business and engineering teams. You will be leading software development & delivery for new and growing applications/products. These IoT (AWS) microservices applications built on PaaS provide connected customer-facing products for smart/sustainable commercial buildings, real-time data analytics for HVAC performance, etc. This is a great opportunity to help lead a fast-paced and rapidly growing team as they bring cutting-edge technology to industry leaders worldwide. Responsibilities Own the end-to-end technical delivery of the product/platform including software engineering in collaboration with QA & DevOps Ensure delivery of product features based on technical designs while adhering to quality standards Collaborate with product to bring a technical perspective to the product roadmap Facilitate technical delivery estimations for enabling business capabilities Define, track, and report KPIs to product team stakeholders Define and manage the overall technical architecture and infrastructure of the product/platform, ensuring that it is scalable, reliable, and secure. Lead the engineering teams to deliver high-quality, performant, and maintainable code that meets business requirements and adheres to best practices and coding standards. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Software Engineer or Solutions Architect Minimum of 3 years of experience managing/leading software engineering teams (10+) and owning application delivery + lifecycle Preferred Qualifications Master’s Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering AWS or Scrum Certified Professional Certifications IoT product experience Edge computing product experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Carrier
