Key Qualifications:

• Active Florida COTA licensure required
• Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
• Demonstrated ability to travel between multiple sites within the county
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Flexible mindset and positive attitude towards working with various teams and student needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy interventions as outlined by student IEPs and supervising therapists
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student goals
• Accurately document student progress and maintain timely therapy records in accordance with school and district procedures
• Adapt activities and environments to increase students’ success and independence in school routines
• Travel to and provide therapy services at multiple assigned school sites throughout the service area
