### Exciting Opportunity: Travel RN - Case Manager Job Description:
- Unit Name: Case Management
- Location: Kansas City, Missouri
- Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday with rotating weekends
- Contract Length: 12 Weeks
- Patient Care Focus:
- Number of Beds: 590
- Patient Ratios: 1 RN to 25 patients (may vary)
- Team Composition:
- Collaborate with RNs, Social Workers, and Case Management Assistants
- Documentation Systems:
- Utilize Meditech, Midas, and Wellsky for efficient documentation
- Floating Policy:
- Opportunity to float to various units as required
- Dress Code:
- Business casual attire required What We're Looking For:

- Recent experience in Acute Care Discharge Planning
