Crib Attendant Role – Inventory Control & Material Support
The Crib Attendant plays a key role in maintaining accurate inventory and ensuring materials are available to support production operations. This includes daily tasks such as data entry, material tracking, cycle counts, and kitting jobs to meet production schedules. The role requires organizing and relocating materials, resolving shortages, processing requisitions, and using inventory systems like scanners and software programs to maintain efficiency. Attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to follow written instructions, drawings, and specifications are essential to keep workflows running smoothly.

Team Collaboration, Quality, & Continuous Improvement
In this position, the Crib Attendant works closely with multiple departments to support teamwork, meet production goals, and maintain high-quality standards. Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability are critical, along with the ability to manage time effectively and adapt to changing priorities. The role emphasizes safety, lean processes, and continuous improvement through 5S and problem-solving initiatives. Physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods, and using warehouse equipment are part of the job, alongside maintaining an organized and efficient workspace.
