Babysitter Needed

We're looking for a caring, reliable caregiver for our baby 2-3 days per week, though the schedule is still flexible as it depends on my work-from-home schedule. We'll mainly need help on days when I have back-to-back meetings or need to go into the office and family isn't available. Shifts will typically be 6-8 hours. When I'm working from home, I like to be as involved as possible, which may include breastfeeding or contact napping if my schedule allows. We're looking for someone who is comfortable working alongside a work-from-home parent and supports our responsive parenting style.
