Industrial Maintenance Technician

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Avon, OH, for an Industrial Maintenance Technician. The technician will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment to ensure efficient and safe operation. Duties include conducting preventive maintenance, diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, repairing machinery, and collaborating with the production team to minimize downtime. Additional responsibilities include maintaining compliance with safety protocols and maintaining accurate documentation of repairs and maintenance activities. Working hours are Monday - Friday 6:00 am to 3:30 pm and occasionally some weekends. Qualifications Experience in repairing and maintaining industrial machinery, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnosing issues related to equipment malfunctions Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics for repair and maintenance Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing environment Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous experience with food manufacturing or packaging equipment (preferred, but not required) High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in industrial maintenance or a related field is a plus.
