Levels are;
Para Professional: $19.71/hr
Peer Support: $20.67/hr.
AP: $22.60/hr.
Associate level QP: $24.04-$25.48/hr.
Bachelor's Level QP: $25.48-$26.43/hr. Shift: Nights 8pm-8am Summary: Under indirect supervision, provides, oversees, and/or administers a wide range of psychosocial evaluation/assessment, diagnostic, crisis intervention services in a high-intensity clinical environment which requires a high degree of independent decision-making. Most aspects of this job require clinical assessment and evaluation skills to consumers that report in crisis to a variety of community settings including magistrate's office, community sites, and DAYMARK Service Areas in crisis. Case management/supportive services for disposition of cases is also a core function of this job. Summary:

- Provides psychoeducation as indicated in the PCP
- Assists with crisis interventions
- Assists the team leader with behavioral and substance use disorder interventions
- Assists with the development of relapse prevention and disease management strategies
- Participates in the initial development, implementation, and ongoing revision of the PCP
- Communicates the beneficiary's progress and the effectiveness of the strategies and interventions to the team leader as outlined in the PCP
- Para Professional services are delivered by staff who have the life experience of being diagnosed with a serious mental illness or substance addiction problem, and are currently in recovery, stable, and living without relapses. The Paraprofessional has a high school diploma, or GED and at least five years of life experience with a serious mental illness or substance addiction.
- Peer Support - Requires Peer Support Certification.
- AP -requires a bachelor's degree in social work, Counseling or another Human Services field with no experience.
- QP- requires an associate or bachelor's degree in social work, Counseling or another Human Services field. Qualified Professional (QP) required.
