About the Role:
MCIC INC is looking for a driven and experienced Manager to join our team in Goshen, IN! Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure team performance meets company goals and standards
- Lead, mentor, and develop team members to maximize productivity and engagement
- Manage scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow to optimize efficiency
- Identify operational challenges and develop effective solutions in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a management or supervisory role
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to motivate teams and drive performance
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
