Seeking a strategic, data-driven Senior Manager Medicare Communications, this full-time remote position will advise Medicare Advantage and Part D health plan clients on member experience and communications strategies, focusing on improving Stars performance and enhancing member engagement. Key Responsibilities Serve as a strategic advisor to PBM Medicare health plan clients on Stars improvement initiatives, focusing on CAHPS, adherence, and member experience Design and optimize member-facing communications that are CMS compliant and effectively encourage desired actions Leverage performance data and analytics to identify gaps in communication effectiveness and opportunities to improve adherence and CAHPS outcomes Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience in healthcare marketing communications Demonstrated experience in developing and executing communication strategies Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
