Job Description Job Description Job Opportunity: MDS Coordinator Our organization in Seattle is looking for a skilled MDS Coordinator to enhance resident-focused care within our Healthcare & Medical Services division. This position involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at improving patient outcomes and ensuring compliance with regulations. Key Responsibilities Conduct and oversee MDS assessments. Ensure adherence to regulatory standards. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support care planning. Optimize clinical outcomes and accuracy in reimbursement. Provide training to staff regarding MDS procedures. Maintain comprehensive documentation. Engage in initiatives aimed at quality improvement. Qualifications and Requirements Proven experience in MDS coordination. Strong understanding of regulatory compliance. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
