We are seeking a hands-on, 2nd Shift Set Up Technician to establish, optimize, and troubleshoot injection molding processes. You will ensure consistent, high-quality production through scientific molding practices, continuous improvement, and teamwork.If you work history aligns with the requirements below, contact us today!Applicants Must:

Current openings for various levels:

Hourly base rate + $2.00/hr shift differential

• Entry Level: $21.86 – $24.00/hr
• Mid Level: $25.00 – $31.00/hr
• Senior Level: $31.00 – $40.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Perform mold setups, startups, and process validations; establish decoupled molding parameters (fill, pack, hold, cooling); optimize cycle times to minimize scrap.
• Identify and resolve process issues, equipment alarms, and defects (flash, sink, warp, short shots, etc.) to support floor operations.
• Lead lean initiatives to reduce downtime and scrap; collaborate with Engineering and Maintenance teams on root-cause corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate setup sheets and process logs per ISO/regulated standards; train floor operators on process safety and quality control.
