Job Description Join our team of Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writers and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication and relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. Become an ambassador of world‑famous brands such as Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit. Represent Mondelēz in front of in‑store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize the visibility of Mondelēz products on shelves and to construct promotional displays. Carry out in‑store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores. Order product (via iPad tablet) for shelf and display to ensure in‑stock conditions. Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained through the implementation of Mondelēz’ guidelines. Ensure Sales Representative’s negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate any issues with Mondelēz’ management team. Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure the most efficient in‑store service. Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches. Who Is a Good Fit? At least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license issued by the state in which the applicant resides. High School Diploma or GED preferred. Positive, professional attitude; self‑motivated and able to work independently. Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage; mileage will be reimbursed. Ability to perform hard work in a fast‑paced environment, including repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs and occasionally pushing and pulling over 50 lbs. Previous retail/grocery experience a plus. Live within 25‑35 miles of the primary location (Ballwin, MO); secondary locations include Chesterfield, MO and St. Louis, MO. Schedule availability: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday; start time 07:00 AM. Salary and Benefits Hourly compensation ranges from $18.00–$20.50 based on relevant experience.
