Senior Pega DeveloperOur client, a Banking company, is looking for a Senior Pega Developer for their Mt Laurel Township, NJ / FL / NC / NY / Hybrid location.ResponsibilitiesTypical Day-to-Day Responsibilities: As a Pega Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Pega applications to support our business processes and enhance our overall efficiency.RequirementsDegree/Level of Education: University graduate or equivalent experienceCertifications Required: PEGA architect certificationsYears of Overall Experience: 8-10 years of experienceHow will performance be measured: Project deliverablesPreferred/Ideal Candidate Background: 8-10 years of experience working as a Pega Developer, Agile mindset is crucial and required (8-10 years would be great) banking/financial elevates a candidate's profile.Minimum 8 years of experience as a Pega Developer.Strong knowledge of Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC) platform and Pega application developmentProficiency in Pega configuration, customization, and integration.One or more Pega Architect certificationsExperience in designing and implementing Pega applications using Pega methodologies and best practices.Solid understanding of Agile methodologies.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Banking/Financial experienceWhy Should You Apply?Health BenefitsReferral ProgramExcellent growth and advancement opportunities
