Skills: Adult*, GE*, PET Scan*, Starting and maintaining IVs, Storing/Handling/Disposal of Radioactive Materials, fdg whole body and skull to thigh

Daily Census: 5

Travel Compliance: No RTO within the first two weeks of an assignment. Max 7 days of RTO per 13-week contract highly preferred. All RTO must be on the submittal and cannot be changed once the profile has been sent to the manager for review. Valid CA State License required in-hand when applying. EMSA not accepted. Certifications: All required certs must be in-hand when applying. CPI REQUIREMENT: All ER nurses MUST have a CPI Blue Card from the Crisis Prevention Institute IN-HAND when applying. MAB or Online CPI Blue certification not accepted. All Float Pool nurses must get a CPI Blue Card. EPIC experience required must be noted in travelers work history as well. References: Two (2) Supervisor references required when applying. Local Rules: Locals accepted at the same rate. Return Staff Policy: Must be gone a minimum of 1 year to return as a traveler. Interview: Manager may or may not interview. Traveler must be OK with this. If Traveler has questions, please email the AM. Modules: Modules are billable, average 4-8 hours spent on modules. Any time spent on modules after orientation (ex: annual) are non-billable. Modules are completed during orientation (or at home post-start if not completed onsite) and annually, and module hours vary by specialty. Modules are self-reported.
