About the role As Assistant Store Manager, you’ll help lead the team and bring the Harris Scarfe experience to life – creating a warm, welcoming store environment and delivering on sales, service, and team culture. Key Responsibilities Support the Store Manager across all areas of the business Lead by example – setting high standards in service, safety, and presentation Train, coach, and support your team to build skills and confidence Oversee stock handling, merchandising, and compliance processes Support a collaborative and inclusive team culture Make every customer interaction count – every day What You’ll Bring Previous experience in leadership or supervisor roles with retail or hospitality.
