What You'll Do

• Collaborate with healthcare team members on patient care strategies
• Provide counseling and education to patients and caregivers
• Support supervision of physical therapist assistants and rehab aides

What You Need

• Licensed as a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts
• Previous experience in long-term care or outpatient rehabilitation
• Strong communication and patient assessment skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
