This professional will help design, document, and manage a variety of commercial and residential project types in all phases from programming through construction administration. Responsibilities Plan and execute work as a reliable, integral member of a project team Coordinate multiple projects with consultants, clients, and regulatory agencies Prepare and coordinate detailed construction drawings Perform construction administration duties Required Experience Bachelors or Master’s degree in Architecture 3+ years of experience in architectural design and documentation Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit and other design technology programs Experience in Bluebeam and Procore is a plus Experience in various commercial projects; Educational is a plus Ability to travel to job sites, client and/or agency meetings Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously Creative thinking towards project needs and able to problem-solve independently Knowledge of construction techniques, constructability of a project, code compliancy, and details, with the ability to relay the information into a complete set of construction documents Exercise quality control of drawings and designs Reliable and accountable Work Environment Small office setting with a flexible, focused work environment without large firm bureaucracy Collaborative, low-drama, and highly accountable work style Consistent project flow with opportunity for long-term stability #J-18808-Ljbffr Socket.dev
