- Shift: 12 Hours - Rotating Shifts
- Weekly Hours: 36.00
- Salary Range: $3,010
We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to become part of our organization. Ideal candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Minimum of one year of nursing experience.
- At least six months of travel nursing experience.
- Reside at least 60 miles from the facility you are applying to.
- Weekly pay, with your stipend included in the pay rate.
- Eligibility for comprehensive benefits.
- Contracts last for 14 weeks, with options to extend or transfer to another site.
The Registered Nurse (RN) will employ the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to deliver tailored care to patients. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, to ensure effective care planning and execution. Your role encompasses:
- Providing care across all stages of preventative health, maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
- Coordinating care, conducting patient assessments, educating patients, triaging, and performing various nursing interventions.
- Adhering to the standards of nursing practice as defined by the Nurse Practice Act and relevant administrative rules.
Our nursing practice is grounded in the Scope and Standards of Practice and the Code of Ethics for Nurses as established by the American Nurses Association.
Qualifications- Graduation from an accredited nursing program is required, such as those recognized by the American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), or the National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA).
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is preferred.
- Must possess an unencumbered RN license from the State Board of Nursing in the state of practice, or hold multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.
- Must obtain and maintain necessary department-specific competencies and certifications.
