We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Nursing Home Administrator to lead Maplewood Center as we continue our journey toward Five Stars. As Nursing Home Administrator, you will provide operational leadership for Maplewood Center, overseeing skilled nursing, rehabilitation, memory care, and ventilator services. You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional resident care, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and an outstanding experience for residents, families, employees, and visitors. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Commitment to resident-centered care. Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in health care administration, business or related field.
