Lead Float Caregiver – Responsibilities You’ll do more than assist; as a Lead Caregiver, you’ll bring companionship, dignity, and joy to seniors in your community. Responsibilities may include: Maintaining the most comprehensive levels of training to serve and support all Client service levels required. Flexibility to serve and support all Clients and all service needs – including last minute needs. Working all types of shifts and hours as needed. Advanced skills in all areas of Caregiving. Mobility assistance and transportation. Personal care and medication management. Alzheimer’s/Dementia care. Nurse‑delegated tasks. Must be willing and able to work with multiple Clients as needed. Qualifications & Requirements 18+ years old. Compassionate, reliable, and experienced Caregiver. Able to pass a background check. Willing to assist with personal care. Experience as a Disability Personal Support Worker, in Assisted Living, or Community Care preferred. Reliable, insured transportation required. Willing to travel up to 30 miles one way. CNA Certification a plus. Bilingual a plus. Ability to work some or all of the following: Day Shifts, Evening, NOC or Overnight Shifts, Weekend Shifts. Service Area Work with Clients in your own community! Caregivers are based out of Yamhill County, Multnomah County, Washington County, Beaverton, Hillsboro, Tigard, Lake Oswego, Gresham, Oregon City, Happy Valley, Clackamas, West Linn, Cedar Hills, Bethany, West Hills, Raleigh Hills, Scholls, King City, Bridgeport, Canby, Tualatin, Newberg, Wilsonville, Forest Grove, Banks, North Plains, Helvetia, Milwaukie, Damascus, Vernonia, Estacada, and Sherwood.
