- Recruit top talent with a strategic and compassionate approach, nurturing them to advance our mission.
- Champion our values, becoming a beacon for a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Design and implement supportive compensation and benefits programs.
- Ensure legal compliance, safeguarding our organization's integrity
- 2+ years of HR experience (SHRM/PHR certifications a plus).
- Bachelor's degree (or 4+ years of experience).
- HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
- Passion for service and inspiring others.
- Strategic thinking with hands-on execution skills.
- Proven ability to build a positive workplace culture.
