Qualifications:
• Active SLP-CCC licensure
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
• Familiarity with the IEP process and special education services
• Effective communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to evidence-based intervention and inclusive practices

Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders within a K-12 caseload
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
• Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and special education staff
• Monitor student progress and provide timely updates and documentation
• Conduct group and individual speech therapy sessions
• Participate in eligibility meetings and provide professional input
• Maintain thorough and accurate records per state and school guidelines
