Job Title Travel RN – Labor & Delivery (Night Shift) Location Fredericksburg, VA | Acute Care Schedule / Job Type Contract | Travel | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | 13-Week Assignment Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in an LDRP unit with 10 LDR beds, 3 triage beds, and 2 OR suites Maintain a patient ratio of 2 laboring patients per RN Operate and monitor patients using GE monitoring systems, Novii Wireless, Spectrum IV Pumps, and CADD epidural PCA equipment Document patient care accurately using Meditech EMR Perform and assist with unit procedures including inductions, cesarean sections (C/S), and spontaneous vaginal deliveries (SVD) Collaborate effectively with charge nurses and interdisciplinary team members on night shift Required Qualifications Active RN license valid in Virginia (or compact state eligibility) Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required BLS certification required Ability to wear OR scrubs as required by unit dress code Preferred Experience / Skills Intermediate Fetal Monitoring certification ACLS certification Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented personality Why Join Us Join a highly engaged nursing team with a strong mix of new and experienced nurses working together to grow a dynamic L&D unit Be part of a supportive, friendly unit culture with a well-established team environment Concentric Healthcare Staffing Job ID 775397.
