Job Title: Retail Sales Associate (Weekend & Monday Mornings) We didn’t just open a liquor store; we built and designed it from the ground up to create a premium shopping experience in Delta. We are looking for a reliable, morning-oriented person to join our team and help us maintain the high standards of a space we are proud of. The Schedule (Part-Time) This is a permanent part time position. You must be available for the following shifts: Saturday: Morning/Early Afternoon Sunday: Morning/Early Afternoon Monday: Morning/Early Afternoon What You’ll Do Customer Connection: Greet neighbors and visitors, helping them find the perfect pairing or a current local craft favorite. Curate the Space: Keep the shelves stocked and the store looking as sharp as the day we finished the build. Transaction Handling: Efficiently manage the POS system and ensure all age-verification protocols are strictly followed. Opening Duties: Handle morning prep to ensure the store is clean, organized, and ready for the day. What We’re Looking For Reliability: Since these are opening shifts, punctuality is our #1 requirement. Certification: Must have (or be willing to obtain) a Serving It Right certificate. Physical Ability: Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting cases of product (up to 40 lbs). Age: Must be 19+ to handle liquor sales in BC.
