Litigation Associate Attorney

Duties Manage a high project load and oversee administrative staff. Independently handle all assigned cases with a diverse caseload. Chair client corporate meetings and maintain strong client relationships. Draft complaints, answers, and manage discovery processes. Prepare witnesses and conduct depositions. Engage in motion practice, trial preparation, and trial conduct. Handle appellate work as necessary. Requirements Admitted to practice law in Wisconsin. 5+ years of litigation experience in real estate, corporate, or contract law, or civil matters for governmental organizations. Demonstrated dedication and hard work in prior roles. Proficiency with Microsoft operating systems and sophisticated software. Availability during business hours, evenings, and weekends for client meetings. Excellent personal skills and client interaction abilities. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
