Remote Receptionist

Location: Niceville FL Remote Position
Schedule: MondayFriday 8:00 AM5:00 PM
Compensation: $25.00 per hour

HSS is seeking a Remote Receptionist for our restaurant client located in the Niceville FL area . This position will provide general administrative and receptionist support including answering and returning phone calls data entry and assisting with day-to-day communication needs.

The ideal candidate will be professional dependable organized and comfortable communicating with customers employees vendors and other contacts by phone. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for this position.

Duties and Responsibilities

Answer incoming phone calls in a professional courteous and timely manner.

Make and return phone calls as needed.

Direct calls and messages to the appropriate individuals or departments.

Provide general information and assistance to callers.

Perform data entry and maintain accurate electronic records.

Enter update and verify information in company systems and databases.

Take detailed and accurate messages and ensure they are communicated appropriately.

Respond to general inquiries and provide excellent customer service.

Assist with scheduling confirmations and other administrative tasks as needed.

Monitor and respond to emails and other communications.

Maintain organized electronic files and records.

Handle sensitive or confidential information professionally.

Assist restaurant management and staff with general administrative support.

Follow up on outstanding calls messages or requests as directed.

Perform other receptionist and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

Previous receptionist administrative assistant customer service call center or similar experience preferred.

Excellent phone etiquette and professional communication skills required.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Comfortable making and receiving a high volume of phone calls when needed.

Strong data entry and computer skills.

Ability to accurately enter and maintain information.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.

Professional friendly and customer-service-oriented demeanor.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.

Dependable and able to maintain consistent attendance during scheduled hours.

Basic proficiency with email Microsoft Office and other common computer applications.

Restaurant or hospitality industry experience is a plus but not required.
