We pride ourselves on serving elevated, home-style food.Responsibilities I am willing to grow into:Assisting with set up and stocking of kitchen under the guidance of Head Chef, Sous Chef and General ManagerExecution of management and ownerships concept and menuWashing, cleaning, and maintaining kitchen cooking utensils and equipmentMaking basic recipes and a willingness to learn high-level cooking and prepping skillsEnsuring kitchen operations meet and exceed all food safety and hygiene standardsQualifications I possess or am willing to learn on the job:The ability to accept coaching, direction, and on-the-job trainingKind attitude towards fellow workersStrong organizational skillsAbility to keep calm and productive during peak hours
