You will work closely with users, developers, managers, and stakeholders to identify needs, analyze alternatives, and develop solutions that improve operational performance, efficiency, and and technical documentationConduct feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, and impact assessments for proposed initiativesDesign and recommend system solutions that support business objectives and operational requirementsCoordinate with users, developers, system administrators, and technical teams throughout the system development lifecycleAnalyze and resolve complex system issues and recommend corrective actionsSupport system integration, testing, implementation, deployment, and maintenance activitiesEvaluate the impact of proposed system changes on related processes, applications, and data structuresFacilitate communication among stakeholders and help resolve requirements conflictsDevelop reports, presentations, recommendations, and technical documentation for customers and transformation initiativesWhat You BringRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related fieldSeven (7) years of experience in systems analysis, business analysis, information systems, software development support, or a related technical fieldAdvanced knowledge of systems analysis, systems design, and business process improvement methodologiesKnowledge of information systems, software development lifecycles, and data management principlesKnowledge of requirements gathering, workflow analysis, and process modeling techniquesAbility to analyze complex business and technical challenges and develop practical solutionsAbility to evaluate alternative approaches and recommend process and system improvementsStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsStrong project coordination and stakeholder management capabilitiesExcellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skillsAbility to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiencesAbility to work independently while managing multiple priorities and projectsAbility to obtain and maintain a government security clearance if requiredPreferred ExperienceMaster's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Business
