Managing the RFP process for new and existing business, the full-time remote Employee Benefits Proposal Specialist will leverage relationship management and analytical skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring proposal accuracy and competitive pricing. Key responsibilities Evaluate RFP risks for amendments and new groups Negotiate pricing, rate competitiveness, and product enhancements Analyze RFP documents for underwriting feasibility and proposal accuracy Required qualifications High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred Experience with Group Employee Benefits Products and underwriting guidelines preferred Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is preferred Life and Disability insurance license for all states within the assigned territory required
