Production Team Lead

Location: Perris, CA- Onsite 5 days a week Interview: 2 Rounds onsite Job Description: Insight Global is seeking a Production Floor Lead for a fast-paced 3PL and warehouse operations client. This candidate will take ownership of daily floor operations, leading a team of 10–15 associates in pick, pack, and shipping functions. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, comfortable using RF scanners and WMS systems, and experienced in shipping to major retailers such as Walmart, Macy’s, and Amazon. This role requires strong leadership, the ability to multitask across divisions, and a proactive mindset to train and develop team members. Day‑to‑Day: Supervise and lead a team of 10–15 warehouse associates on the production floor Oversee pick, pack, and shipping operations for major retail clients Utilize RF scanners and WMS systems to monitor inventory and workflow Assign tasks and ensure productivity and accuracy across the team Support multiple divisions and cross‑train across warehouse operations Ensure orders are processed efficiently using scanners and laptops Troubleshoot operational issues and maintain workflow consistency Train and develop team members for growth and performance Must-Haves: 2+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, 3PL, or pick & pack environment Experience leading or supervising teams of 10–15 employees Hands‑on experience with RF scanners and inventory systems Experience using WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) Ability to create and manage orders using scanner and/or laptop Experience shipping to major retailers (Walmart, Macy’s, Amazon, etc.) Strong leadership skills and ability to oversee floor operations Plusses: Experience supporting multiple warehouse divisions (cross‑functional exposure) Background working with retail distribution channels (Ross, Bloomingdale’s, footwear divisions) Experience training or promoting team members internally Familiarity with high-volume fulfillment environments #J-18808-Ljbffr Insight Global
