We’re looking for someone who is outgoing, motivated, and great with people to join our growing insurance agency.

You don’t need insurance experience to be successful here. We can teach insurance. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable talking to people, willing to learn, follows through, and wants an opportunity to grow and earn more based on performance.

This is a sales-focused role, but it’s also about building relationships. You’ll help customers understand their options, protect what matters to them, and identify opportunities to grow our agency.

What You’ll Do

• Connect with prospective and existing customers by phone, email, referrals, and community outreach
• Learn about customers’ needs and recommend appropriate insurance products
• Follow up with leads and develop new business opportunities
• Quote and close new business
• Build relationships that lead to referrals and long-term customers
• Work toward individual and team sales goals
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow agency and carrier requirements

• Confident and comfortable starting conversations with new people
• Motivated, dependable, and willing to be coached
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Able to follow up consistently and stay organized
• Comfortable working toward measurable goals
• Sales, hospitality, retail, recruiting, or customer-facing experience is a plus — insurance experience is not required
• Must be able to obtain applicable Illinois insurance licenses; licensing assistance may be available for the right candidate
