Pet Help Center Counselor: Reunite Pets, Support Owners

Jacksonville Humane Society is seeking a Pet Help Center Counselor to support community members, reunite lost pets, and provide non-judgmental assistance to pet owners. The role offers in-person, phone, and email counseling with a focus on compassionate guidance. As part of our Pet Help Center, you will engage with the public to find solutions that keep families and pets together, while partnering with shelter teams for intake and program support.
