Recruiting Assistant
We are seeking an in house legal Recruiting Assistant to support the firms recruiter, with staff recruiting across all office locations. This role will assist with the full recruitment process, including conducting initial candidate screens, coordinating interviews, scheduling meetings, and supporting day-to-day recruiting operations.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1.52 years of recruiting experience, preferably within the legal industry, either in-house or with a staffing agency. Candidates should be polished, organized, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced professional environment.
Qualifications:
1.52+ years of recruiting experience
Legal recruiting experience strongly preferred (agency or internal)
Experience conducting initial candidate screenings and interview coordination
Strong communication and organizational skills
Professional, sharp, and detail-oriented
Positive attitude with great energy and strong team chemistry
Ability to work collaboratively and support a high-volume recruiting function
