What You'll Do

• Provide skilled, medically necessary rehabilitation treatments under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
• Administer procedures including manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and supportive device use
• Assess patient progress and communicate treatment adjustments with supervising therapists
• Document all clinical interactions and patient information accurately in electronic health records
• Support and supervise students learning the profession
• Participate actively in team meetings, care conferences, and ongoing training
• Support facility compliance and adhere to professional standards and ethics

What You Need

• Valid Massachusetts State Licensure as a PTA
• Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
• Knowledge of evidence-based practice and therapeutic procedures
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
