The RN will provide high-quality patient care, monitor complex patient conditions, and collaborate with the healthcare team in a supportive clinical environment.Job DutiesAssess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care based on patient needs.Monitor patient health status through ongoing assessment, data collection, and clinical observation.Administer treatments and therapies while performing independent and delegated nursing functions.Provide patient education, health counseling, and support to patients and their families.Document patient care accurately in accordance with hospital and regulatory standards.Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals, refer patients as needed, and float to other departments within competency when required.RequirementsRecent 1 year of Registered Nurse Stepdown/ IMC experience is required.Current RN Colorado or Compact state license is required.BLS (American Heart Association), ACLS, and NIHSS required.
