OB/GYN Physician Opportunity in Perham, MNSanford Health is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Ob/Gyn physician for a fast growing practice in Perham, MN. Perham, MN, clinic is open M-F, 8-5. Call is 1 in 4, shared with Detroit Lakes OB/GYN (Sanford/Essentia). Potential outreach to New York Mills clinic. Multispecialty group practice including family medicine, pediatrics, surgery, psychiatry, psychology. Service region of approximately 15,000 patients. Outreach specialties available include Urology, sleep, dermatology, podiatry, cardiology, oncology, and nephrology.Sanford Health offers a nationally competitive compensation plan with an additional physician benefits package including a health, dental and vision insurance, 401K plan, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, CME allowance, allowed time away, malpractice insurance and tail coverage, and a relocation allowance. Competitive compensation package includes: compensation floor of $400,000 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs.
