Step into a rewarding virtual contract opportunity as a Speech Language Pathologist supporting Minnesota students from the comfort of your own space. In this school-based role, you’ll assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for children with a variety of speech and language challenges, collaborating closely with educators, families, and school teams to promote student progress and success.
Your expertise will make a difference as you:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans for PreK-12th grade students
- Deliver direct and indirect teletherapy services using evidence-based techniques
- Consult with general and special education teachers, counselors, and parents
- Track student progress, document sessions, and provide feedback to support ongoing development
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute your insights for student success
- Ensure compliance with state and federal policies for school-based therapy
Successful candidates will possess:
- An active (or pending) Minnesota SLP license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency
- At least two years of hands-on, school-based SLP experience
- Proficiency with technology, capable of passing a technical screening and internet speed test
- Professional liability insurance (at least $500,000/$500,000 coverage annually)
- A reliable computer, webcam, and a quiet, dedicated workspace
