Role Description
Are you detail-oriented, highly organized, and passionate about delivering exceptional employee experiences? We are looking for an Onboarding Specialist to join our team and ensure smooth onboarding processes for external employees across multiple divisions. This role is a great chance to support our healthcare operations by managing onboarding documentation, compliance requirements, and employee integrations from start to finish.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in business, human resources, psychology, or equivalent work experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in a SaaS onboarding, implementation or customer success role.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Maintains integrity, motivation, and perseverance under pressure.
- Proficient in using onboarding systems, spreadsheets, and compliance tracking tools.
- Ability to work across multiple divisions with professionalism.
- Experience working with SaaS platforms.
- Basic familiarity with HubSpot and/or Salesforce.
- Experience conducting virtual trainings or onboarding calls.
- Experience working in fast-paced startup or technology environments.
