Customer Care Associate - Medicaid Long Term Care

Customer Experience Associate Locations: Baton Rouge, LA -position is hybrid - training will be conducted on site and can be remote/hybrid following Salary: $15.25/hr. plus benefits Schedule: 8:00 am - 5:00pm, Monday – Friday Would you like to be a part of a team that plays a vital role in supporting our long term care client program? About the Customer Experience Associate role: The individual who fills this position will be responsible for providing prompt, professional customer service for Medicaid Long Term Personal Care Calls to ensure that all necessary information is covered and gathered from requestors/recipients in a clear, consistent and professional manner. Ensure that identified problems are promptly addressed, documented and resolved in a timely manner and calls routed to the appropriate units. The best candidate for this role will be someone who can multi-task through multiple windows and has experience working tight deadlines. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.
