7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Employees work 5 days per week, with shifts rotating on a weekly basis. Weekend and holiday shifts are included as part of the rotation. About the Opportunity A global company in the telecommunications and IT infrastructure industry is seeking a Japanese-English bilingual Network Support Technician to join its 24/7 Network Operations Center (NOC) team in Los Angeles. Previous professional network experience is not required. Long-term on-the-job training (OJT) will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for entry-level candidates who are motivated to learn technical skills and build a career in the IT industry. Key Responsibilities Monitor and support network and IT infrastructure services in a 24/7 Network Operations Center Provide operational support for networks, data centers, international transmission services, backbone infrastructure, and related IT services Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in both Japanese and English Perform basic technical troubleshooting by following established procedures, manuals, and workflows Escalate technical issues to appropriate engineering teams when necessary Monitor system alerts and service status Document incidents, actions taken, and customer communications Work closely with internal technical teams to support stable network operations Learn networking and telecommunications technologies through structured OJT Qualifications Business-level Japanese and English communication skills, both written and spoken Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel Strong communication and customer service skills Interest in IT, networking, telecommunications, or technical support Ability and willingness to learn new technical concepts Detail-oriented, responsible, and comfortable following established procedures Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays Must have valid U.S. work authorization Entry-Level Candidates Welcome Candidates with backgrounds such as the following are encouraged to apply: Recent college graduates IT / Computer Science / Engineering graduates Candidates interested in starting a career in networking or telecommunications Help Desk or Technical Support professionals Candidates with basic networking knowledge but limited professional experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Pasona N A, Inc.
