Sales Service Representative

Job Overview Position: Sales Service Representative (SSR) – National Sales Team, Media Solutions Location Work may be remote, hybrid or in‑office. In‑office locations include New York City, Los Angeles, Chicago, and Stamford, CT. Responsibilities Manage all negotiated deals in the system, communicating flowcharts and schedule changes to agency contacts. Work with Commercial Operations to ensure all allocations and traffic material is delivered in a timely manner. Negotiate upgrades and program schedule changes with agency contacts to ensure deal integrity. Help the team deliver on key revenue drivers through targeted flighting, including calculating key metrics for client objectives. Collect added‑value material from agency to execute linear, digital, and social sponsorships (e.g., billboard copy, logos, tags). Requirements Four‑year college degree or equivalent work experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Familiarity with social media platforms is a plus. Highly organized and able to operate effectively in a team‑oriented setting. Strong communication, problem‑solving and follow‑through skills. Ability to be discrete and maintain confidential information. Ability to work independently, efficiently and meet deadlines. Ability to multi‑task and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment. Detail‑oriented. Compensation Hourly pay range: $28.15 – $31.67. Annual incentive target: 5%.
