Marketing & Community Engagement: Participate in local restaurant marketing initiatives and community events to increase brand awareness. Leadership Development: Attend training sessions on leadership skills, conflict resolution, and effective communication. Project Management: Contribute to special projects, such as process improvement initiatives, new product launches, digital marketing, and improvement projects through LEAN initiatives, enhance training plans, and learn the impacts of indirect leadership. Customer Experience: Ensure a positive experience for every guest by upholding Website Management Project Planning and execution Work closely with the Area Marketing Director Errands Organized Google, Squarespace and Excel projects Graphic Designer Experience, Contractors, and Facebook Social Media Chick-fil-A’s high standards of service and hospitality. Monthly RMD meetings P.O.P set up, assembling flowers for table tops, sampling menu items Qualifications and Requirements Business, Marketing, Hospitality, and related fields preferred.
