Overview

We are seeking a talented Labor & Employment Associate with 3–5+ years of employment litigation experience to join a highly respected, nationally recognized firm. This is a unique opportunity to handle meaningful, complex work while enjoying the flexibility of a remote role.

Base pay range

$127,000.00/yr - $185,000.00/yr

What You’ll Do

• Represent clients in employment litigation matters, including trials, summary judgment, depositions, motions, and mediations.
• Provide strategic advice and counseling in labor & employment matters.
• Work with a diverse client base, including businesses and public agencies.
• Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed to practice in California .
• 3–5+ years of employment litigation experience.
• Strong advocacy and writing skills.
• Transactional/advisory experience in labor & employment and/or familiarity with public agency employers is a plus.
